Today was Megan's graduation day, another milestone in life. Please excuse my bragging, but if I don't nobody will. lol! I remember balling my eyes out on the first day of kindergarten. Her waiting for the bus to come and pick her up. It all passed way to quickly and here we are celebrating her college graduation. I am so proud of her. She worked really hard and graduated Summa Cum Laude, the highest honor you can earn. There were 923 graduates today representing 23 countries and 19 states. It was a beautiful day for celebrating.

On another note, I promised Bertie I would share my collection of old purses. Here are a few of them. I have them hanging with various old prints around the house. I collected them over the years going to auctions. I think they are meant to be enjoyed and not stuffed in a drawer. Some have see better days, and I wonder what stories they could tell. I can't image carrying something so small. My own purse is a hobo bag that weighs about 5 lbs at least.

I love your purse collection, Tanya. Where did you find them? I'm like you, my purse weighs a ton but I do like to carry a pretty (and small) purse on those rare evenings we go out in our "fancy" clothes!

CONGRATULATIONS TO MEGAN! What an outstanding achievement! It is amazing how quickly they grow up isn't it - from Kindergarten onward! You definitely have to toot your horn. That is such a terrific milestone! And I like your purse collection too. I've got a few that my grandmother had and cherish them. I probably should display them but haven't!
