Signs

I was looking out the window this morning and spotted this on the mailbox. Is this a sign of bad things to come or just a coincidence? Any way it has been a long time since I updated my blog. I finally graduated and received my degree in Accounting. I am thinking about getting a degree in Business Administration now. I would only have to take a few classes to obtain the degree. Anyway lots of things has happened since 2011. I visited my daughter in the United Kingdom. She met me at the train station in London and we set out to visit the city. I had a great time in London although they don't take kindly to crossing in front of the Royal Guards in front of the palace. I rode the London Eye, walked by Big Ben, went on a ghost tour, visiting the crown jewels. Then it was off to Paris, I would love to go back to Paris. It's a beautiful city. And the food! But it is definitely cheaper to drink wine than a coke. I paid $7 for a small coke with no ice.Versailles is beautiful too. I wish I could have spent more time there.

Pre-Greiner Doll

I took a couple of pictures of my dolls. I love my big flat top china dolls with her jaunty hat and my pre-greiner doll with her leather shoes and hat. My daughters find them creepy so hopefully they will find a good home when I depart this world

Yesterday, I visited Quilts Plus and picked up a few projects for this coming year.
